The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 24 Establishing the Alaska Legislative Celebration Commission                                                               
to organize events to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first                                                            
convening of the legislative branch of government in Alaska, pass the
